That is the cutest elf I have ever seen!
BTW - have you seen (or heard of) "The Last Sin Eater"? It's a book by Francine Rivers that was recently made into a movie, and my husband and I went and saw it on Tuesday. Based in the Appalachians, a beautiful story!

I'm not sure what's sweeter, the cookies or that delightfully happy face.

Either way, consider me inspired.

BTW, I followed your link home from Anna Carson's blog. I'm glad I did.

I'm a journalist and photographer from London, Ontario, Canada. I specialize in the scenes and images that we'd otherwise miss as we go through the paces of our day-to-day lives. As such, I tend to focus on macro images as well as glimpses of my family.

I look forward to seeing more of your work, and invite you to follow this link back to my blog for a peek at my photos as well.

E-see you again soon!

All the best,

Carmi

You have a beautiful little fellow! I love that hair! I always said I'd marry a man with dark, curly hair, and I did, except he doesn't like to keep it long. If it was up to him he'd shave it (!) but I won't let him.

Too cute! I love curly haired boys... my little guy's hair curls in the back, we kept it long until he turned 3.5 and started chewing on it. LOL

He's adorable! You are building some really lovely life-long memories with those cookies.

The milk thing...goat's milk has traditionally been used for people with sensitivity to cow's milk...and most people with sensitivities to milk are all about cow's milk. I don't believe it should be taken on an empty stomach, even so.

thanks rosie! i might have to see if there's any fresh goat milk available locally.
