Sorry about the lax posting lately........ we were at a festival all weekend and the weather is so lovely, I can't make myself sit down at the computer for very long. :)

But I wanted to leave a brief note and draw attention to my brother-in-law's blog in which he showcases his new hobby of painting. He is a very talented potter, but doesn't have a kiln where they are living now and has started painting as an outlet for his creative juices. If you have a moment, go check his site out: "Square Paints" .

And I'll put up a new post soon.... I promise!

Your brother has a great site. I enjoyed his paintings.

Great to hear you like Nickel Creek. I "discovered" them a couple years ago through one of my daughter's high school friends.

Enjoy spring in Appalachia. Thanks for stopping by.

Reminds me of li'l time i spent working for a technology call-center and how during the spring the call-volume wud be so low compared to winters coz people never worked on their computers when being outdoors is so much more appealing...for us in Fl temp. are in late 80's...its summer time here already!!!!

and went over to ur brother's website.....beautiful work..love the colors .

will wait for the real post :)

I know what you mean. I had such a full weekend I haven't had time to process let alone write about it.
