Oh Mama, I love this shot!! I guess the deer ARE getting bolder and less afraid of humans these days. But even so, this is special...it looks like the deer has turned to wait on her friend as if to say "c'mon, hurry up!" Love it...love it...love it.

A wonderful shot! You were a quick draw with the camera to have captured it. I guess young deer must be as curious as young humans. :)

I'd say the deer was more curious since he let the boy so close! My goodness what a wonderful shot! That will be a treasure for a lifetime.

I am glad for the link to your mom's website - I love dulcimer and I hope to one day learn to play it - it's on my list of "things to do before I die".
